Stories Worth Saving: Tips for Organizing Photos and Sharing Memories

Join us online or at the library!

Everyone has a story worth preserving. In this class, you’ll discover easy ways to protect and organize your memoirs, photos, and family keepsakes in digital formats that are safe and simple to share with loved ones. We’ll explore how to digitize items, organize files, choose reliable storage options, and create shareable formats like photo books and PDFs.

You’ll also be introduced to the library’s Digital Memory Lab, a hands-on space where you can scan photos, convert slides or VHS tapes, and save your memories directly to a flash drive or cloud storage.
