Make an Appointment - SEEDLab Support Desk

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

What to Know Before You Book:

  • You may book one appointment per day, with up to two appointments allowed each month.

  • Appointments must be made at least 36 hours in advance.

  • Appointments will be held for no longer than 5 minutes past the start time. If you’re late beyond that, the appointment will be cancelled.

  • System upgrades, device repair, or troubleshooting hardware

  • Financial, legal, or medical advice

  • Typing, proofreading, or tutoring

  • Malware/virus removal or data recovery

  • Tax assistance or anything involving credit cards or online purchases

These appointments are learning opportunities, not a substitute for professional tech support. Staff at the SEEDLab Support Desk are technology enthusiasts not experts, here to help you grow your skills.

  2. Complete the form with your name, contact info, and a description of your question or issue.

  3. Be as detailed as possible—we may reach out in advance if we need more information to prepare for your appointment.
