Book a Tech Session

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

This service is used as a follow-up to enhance the information and resources demonstrated in the various classes the library makes available. Click here to view the current class schedule. Additionally, LinkedIn Learning is a great resource for more advanced, technical assistance. You can access these on-demand video tutorials with your Library card anytime!

  • Libby/Overdrive eBook, eAudiobook and magazine collection
  • The library website, catalog, or any other online databases the library provides
  • Software or apps we teach classes on such as Canva, Gmail, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Facebook, and others
  • Basic computer skills including using the internet and social media
  • General questions on using a new device
  • Advanced/specialized software applications unrelated to library services
  • Troubleshooting operating system upgrades
  • Repair or troubleshoot equipment and hardware
  • Taxes, investments, credit card or other financial transactions
  • Fixing malware or virus infected systems

*Library staff cannot be held responsible for damage to patron-owned equipment.

While we will do our very best to assist you with your technology needs remember the Library is a space of learning. Staff participating in Tech Sessions are technology enthusiasts, not experts. These appointments are offered to allow you to expand your skills, not as a replacement for commercial tech support. Sessions are limited to one per person.

To get started booking a tech session:

  2. Fill out the form with your name, email and description of your problem or question. The more details you give us, the better we can help!
  3. If necessary, we may reach out to you for more information on your specific request.
