What kind of help will I receive?
Library staff will try to assist you with your basic technology questions. We can help you access our digital resources, give guidance on computer software (like Mircosoft Word & Powerpoint) and answer other general smartphone and tablet operating questions.
Will the library fix my computer/device?
No. Our virtual technology service is not for help with in-depth tech support regarding computer hardware, malfuctions or repairs.
Do I need an account?
No! You don't need a library account OR a Zoom account to use the service. You will be sent a link to access the one-on-one meeting. Click here for more information on how to join a Zoom meeting.
